Q: What size should I get?
Our shirts are “true to size”, so if you usually use an XL, you should order an XL. You can use the sizing chart below to make sure:

Q: I tried to place an order but I am getting an error message
When your payment doesn't go through, you should see an error message. What does that say? Usually one of two things happens when there is a problem with the payment:
The address doesn't match the one on your card:
Our payment processors are very secure and even a small error in the name or address will return an error. If you are trying to send this to another address than your own (a gift for example), please uncheck the "Ship items to the above billing address" when entering your address.
There aren’t sufficient funds on your card:
If you don't have sufficient funds on your card, we cannot charge it.
The numbers don't match:
Please double check that all numbers entered match the ones on your card. Often we see typing errors in the dates and the cvv code.
Shipping & Delivery:
Q: When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped through with USPS and UPS.
Our products are made to order, so it usually takes a day to get them ready and shipped out.
As soon as your order is complete and quality checked, we’ll ship everything to you and you should expect to have it within 2-4 days (up to 2 weeks for international orders) and you will get an email with tracking info.
Q: How much is shipping and where do you ship to?
We ship to pretty much everywhere in the world that has a postal service.
Our Shipping rates are weight based and start at $3.99 for US orders. International orders start at $9.99.
Q: Will I get a tracking number?
YES! We send all of our orders with tracking numbers. If your order is going outside the US, tracking depends on your local post service, but in most cases, you can follow your order all the way from us to you.
Returns and refunds:
Q: I ordered the wrong size, can I change it?
YES! As long as you let us know BEFORE we have packaged and shipped your order. Once it has shipped, we cannot make any changes. Send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible, and we’ll make the changes if possible.
Q: There is something wrong with my product. Can I get a new one?
YES! Send us an email with a description of the problem and an image or a video, and we’ll send you a new one right away.
